Adelona is a 3-year-old girl with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). You have recently started a course of chemotherapy at the Pediatric Onco-hematology department of the University Hospital of Pristina. She lives in a town near Vushtrija (a smaller reality about an hour's drive from Pristina), she has three brothers, the Father and the Mother were left without work due to Covid-19. They share a very humble house with other people, her family lives in two rooms, in very precarious conditions, even the food is very scarce, the mother when she goes to the hospital to visit her daughter, tells the Foundation staff that she doesn't eat to leave food for children. The whole family supports itself with only the social income of 75 euros per month. Since Adelona is followed by the Cure2children Foundation, in addition to providing her with health care, our representative Leonora has gone to the house and has seen closely the real conditions of extreme poverty in which the family finds itself. Just think that there is not even a washing machine, the furniture is very modest and ruined, so he decided to pay a small monthly financial aid to support the family in this moment of extreme difficulty, as we do for other cases of very poor families. with their children under treatment at the Pediatric Onco-Hematology Department of the University Hospital of Pristina.
