Angola is a country in Southern Africa. 20% of it's population are carriers of sickle-cell disease (SCD). Chances are you’ve heard of it, but don’t know exactly what it is and just how much it affects people’s lives. The Cure2Children Foundation is responding to a request from Angola to build their capacity to offer a cure for sickle-cell disease locally, safely, and affordably.
